Some tasks people at this stage should/could be doing include:
Transmitting group values that supports individual and group development
Negotiating with government on behalf of group
Taking responsibility for group
Supporting development of a group culture to ensure our younger generations know they are members of a group of people who love them and supports them on their journey through life

We have lots of members of the group in positions of influence in the society but they are currently largely unaware of themselves as members of a minority ethnic group
